Retro Ambrosia Salad with Cool Whip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 10 ounces maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 cup fruit flavored miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Retro Ambrosia Salad Garnishes

  • Maraschino Cherries with stems
  • Shredded coconut
  • multi colored mini marshmallows

Instructions

First, gently pat the cherries, mandarin oranges, and pineapple dry with a paper towel.

Add the Cool Whip and sour cream into a large bold and gently fold to combine.

Fold the mandarin oranges, cherries, mini marshmallows, and coconut into the mixture.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour before serving. Garnish and Serve!
