Pink Pineapple Pina Colada Milkshake
Ingredients
1 large Pinkglow pineapple, cut into chunks, frozen

1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup coconut cream, cold (Coco Lopez)
1/3 cup coconut milk, cold
1/2 cup white rum, chilled (clear)
1 lime, juiced
optional garnish/s: Pinkglow pineapple slices, cute straws (these or these), mini pinwheels (these or these), and/or maraschino cherries
Mixology
In a blender, add the vanilla ice cream and frozen pink pineapple chunks…
…cold coconut cream, cold coconut milk, chilled white rum, and lime juice.
Blend into a frothy frozen delight.
Pour a bit of honey or clear syrup on a small plate. Spin the rim of a pretty glass in the syrup.
Sprinkle a bit of shredded coconut on a small plate and spin the syrup rimmed pretty glass in the coconut.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple, a cute straw (these or these), mini pinwheels (these or these) and perhaps a maraschino cherry.
